Example 2: Report Writing
Prompt 1: Using the following data can you write personal reports of about 100 words for each child

Sure! If you provide the data for each child, I’ll be happy to write their personal reports

Prompt 2:

Harry Smith, test score 85%, confident answers, needs more details
Jane Jones, test score 75%, good answers, more attention to detail
Sarah Keens, test score 64%, longer answers with more bible quotes
John Goodboy, test score 42%, lack of detail and missing answers

Harry Smith: Harry performed well, achieving a solid score of 85%. He answered the questions with confidence, showing a good understanding of the material. However, while his responses were clear, they would benefit from including more detail to fully explain his thoughts. By expanding on his answers and providing further examples, Harry will be able to showcase his knowledge more effectively

Jane Jones: Jane scored 75% on her test, reflecting a good grasp of the material. Her answers were thoughtful, but there is room for improvement in paying closer attention to detail. With a little more focus on explaining key points in greater depth, Jane’s scores could improve further. She should aim to provide more specific examples in future assessments

Sarah Keens: Sarah achieved a score of 64%, showing a developing understanding of the material. Her answers were often brief, and including more Bible quotes would help strengthen her responses. Sarah is encouraged to write longer, more detailed answers that reflect a deeper understanding of the concepts. This will help her improve in future assessments

John Goodboy: John scored 42%, indicating that he struggled with the test material. Several of his answers lacked detail or were left incomplete, which impacted his overall performance. To improve, John should focus on providing fuller responses and ensuring he addresses all parts of the question. With more effort and attention, John can achieve stronger results next time.

These reports focus on each child’s performance and offer constructive advice for improvement.
