It is easy to get too involved with looking for very specific apps and for this reason it is important to consider the use of more generic apps (some of which are on the previous page). Reproduced below is the padagogy wheel developed by Allan Carrington of the University of Adelaide who was influenced by the work of Sharon Artley and ... Paul Hopkins ;-D

In this section there are some models of learning that are useful to consider when we think about how the use of embedded and personal technologies are used to think about learning.

This formed the research strand of the iPad project (2013-15) and more can be found about this on the project blog.
