Welcome to the support maillist for beginning teaching at the university of Hull. We are using this to send out information or support to those who have graduated from the PGCE and are now in the first years of teaching. Research (Howson, 2012; Hopkins and Naylor, 2014) indicates that these are the most difficult years and times when support is needed.
